Internal Communications Manager Permanent - Full Time

Location: Hybrid Working - 4 Days in our office in Bloomsbury, London & 1 day WFH Job Type: Full-time We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager who can combine strong communication expertise with a genuine interest in people. You'll work across our hotels and support functions to help team members stay informed, engaged and connected, while supporting business priorities, change initiatives and employee experience. What You'll Be Doing Build and deliver internal communication plans that support business priorities and help teams understand what matters most across Imperial London Hotels. Create clear, engaging and relevant communications across a range of channels, ensuring messages reach both desk-based and non-desk-based teams. Partner with leaders and stakeholders across hotel operations and support functions to understand business priorities and translate them into effective communications. Support the delivery of key business initiatives, projects and change programmes through well‑planned communication and engagement activities. Manage and develop internal communication channels, ensuring content is timely, accurate and aligned with business objectives. Gather feedback and insights from team members to inform communication strategies and improve the overall team member experience. Work closely with teams across the business to identify stories, celebrate successes and share examples of great work taking place across ILH. Provide communications guidance and support to managers and stakeholders, helping them communicate clearly and confidently with their teams. Support a positive team member experience by helping teams feel informed, included and connected to the wider business. What You'll Bring Comfortable building relationships across both hotel operations and support functions, with a genuine commitment to listening to and understanding team member experiences. A genuine curiosity about people and the team member experience. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and balance long‑term planning with day‑to‑day delivery. Experience delivering internal communications that help teams feel informed, engaged and connected to the wider business. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. The ability to write clearly and confidently, adapting messages, tone and approach for different audiences and channels. Experience using a range of communication channels and formats to reach diverse audiences effectively. An understanding of how to engage and communicate with non‑desk‑based teams, taking into account different working environments and ways of accessing information. The confidence to build credibility, influence stakeholders and provide communications advice across all levels of the organisation.
