Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in Arlington, TX. This role is in a hospital setting and supports in-patient rehab and acute-care populations, including neuro and ortho patients.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. No temporary licenses accepted.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience required. Must have in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience.
• Experience performing in-patient rehab OT evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho patients, and acute-care evaluations and treatments (ortho, telemetry, ICU).
• Experience with Meditech documentation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in rehab and/or acute hospital settings preferred.
• Prior experience in inpatient rehab and acute care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Weekend schedule: rotating weekends.
• Floating as needed to other units, may float to ante/gyn.
• Documentation system: Meditech.
