REALTOR — Buyer & Listing Agent The Charles Nedder Team | Greenwich, New Canaan & Darien, CT | Westchester County, NY

Compensation:

$98,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

• Active Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson License (or currently pursuing licensure)
• Relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
• Passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
• Comfortable learning new technology and digital marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential real estate sales experience
• Buyer representation and listing experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, and social media
