Evaluate,refine,andimproveConnectionssystems,processes,andleaderpathwaystosupport ministry growth and health. Leader Development& Care Recruit,train,coach,andcareforConnectionsCoaches,LeadersandVolunteerMinistryLeaders (VMLs). Facilitateregulartouchpoints,coachingconversations,anddevelopmentgatherings Connections Coaches and Leaders ProviderelationalcaretoVMLs,Coaches,andLeadersaddressingchallengeswithwisdomand discretion. Operations& Execution HelpoverseeConnectionsoperationsincludingeventregistrations,inventory,RMSmaintenance, reporting, meeting agendas, training materials, Sunday operations, and the execution and maintenance of ministry standard operating procedures. HelpleadtheplanningandexecutionofConnections ministryeventsandleadertrainingsthrough general team support and lead facilitation. CollaboratewithCentralteamstoensurealignmentand excellence. Overseecampus-widecommunicationrelated totheConnections Ministry SupportbroadercampusinitiativesandeventsasassignedbytheCampus Leadershipor Connections Director Assistwithadditionalministryinitiativesasneeded,contributingtooverallcampushealthand growth. Acceptance and agreement of Victory Church's CHECK values and staff commitments Additional Information PURPOSE The Associate Director of Connections provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and care for the Connections ministry at the campus level. This role partners closely with the ConnectionsDirector,CampusExecutiveDirector,andCentralLeadershiptohelp castvision,develop leaders, and cultivate healthy, sustainable environments where people connect, grow, and serve.
