Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of our shipping and receiving processes, inventory control, and order documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently.
• Conduct inventory control and cycle counting.
• Operate forklifts including sit down, stand up, and cherry picker models.
• Process orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety compliance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and time management in all tasks.

• Proficient in material handling and warehouse packing.
• Skilled in inventory management and order picking.
• Experience with palletizing and operating forklifts.
• Competence in pick & pack processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

• Experience in sanitation and cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties when business is slow.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
