The ideal candidate is a trusted thought partner who can anticipate communication needs, manage multiple priorities, and help influence organizational success through clear, engaging, and equitable communications.Working closely with the Director of Communications and Public Relations, this position plays a key role in planning, developing, and implementing internal and external communications that support the District's strategic priorities. The Communications Coordinator will create compelling content across multiple platforms, manage the District's website and social media presence, coordinate communication projects from concept to completion, and partner with leaders across the organization to solve communication challenges and identify opportunities to better engage staff, students, families, and community members.Successful candidates are comfortable working independently while collaborating with leaders at every level of the organization.
