HR Benefits Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Benefits Specialist for our client located in the Tukwila area. This position will be a contract opportunity a full-time, 100% onsite position. This position will manage and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness offerings, ensuring timely updates for. This role will also serve as the primary liaison between employees and benefit providers, oversees vendor relationships, and communicates benefits, compensation, and policy information to team members. Additionally, the position will research industry practices, support policy updates, and work with the HR manager to implement and update policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field
- Minimum 3-5 years HR experience, specifically within benefits administration
- Must be proficient working within HRIS and Microsoft Office systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Strong ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
