Requirements General Requirements & Minimum Qualifications Ability to WOW and inspire stylists! Actively engaged in Social Media platforms Licensed cosmetologist (existing FL license) with a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience Charismatic individual with strong negotiation and communication talents Superior technical hairdressing Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills Must live in Atlanta, GA Ability to travel extensively (80% + of time, primarily in the field with local and around the state travel, with occasional travel to other states in the Southeast) Many Sundays may be required for education, as this is a day salons are typically closed Experience with other major competitive color brands (Loreal, Redken, etc.) Superior communication and networking skills that leads to buy-in and following from others. Ability to analyze our objectives and propose a solution that benefits both the brand and the salons utilizing the Winning Pyramid. Committed to providing outstanding Education.
