As a Facilities Dispatcher, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, connecting guests and team members with the help they need, when they need it. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
The starting rate: $21.00 per hour. The day-to-day:
- Manage the computerized maintenance management system to prioritize, dispatch, and track maintenance requests while completing required administrative tasks
- Own all service requests in a fast-paced environment by multitasking effectively, responding promptly, answering or directing incoming calls, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prioritize guest requests while anticipating needs, acknowledging all guests, and maintaining a high level of service at all times
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment and maintain knowledge of hotel and departmental operations
- Maintain awareness of cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention standards
The ideal candidate:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months of prior dispatch experience in hospitality or similar industry preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
