Order Management Specialist

We're Hiring: Order Management Specialist Irvine, CA Pay: $27- $32/ hour Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our team as an Order Management Specialist I and play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional customer support. In this role, you will work across multiple teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Process customer requests and orders in SAP and track all interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
• Verify order details, including pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, and general inquiries while documenting all interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Identify and escalate order discrepancies, delays, or issues to the appropriate teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams for collaboration, updates, and internal communication.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer communications.
• Assist with order-related reporting and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn product information and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Experience handling orders, complaints, and returns with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar systems preferred
