We are looking for a driven and innovative Senior Specialist, HR Automation & AI to join our HR Operations & Technology PMO aligned team. In this role, you will help transform how HR work gets done by applying process redesign, automation, and AI to core HR processes.You will work hands-on to map and analyze current HR processes, identify high value automation and AI opportunities, and design intelligent workflows and agents that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
