What we'll expect from you and what you'll be doing: Assist in the period close by reconciling assigned general ledger accounts while ensuring all transactions are well-documented Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts across multiple entities Prepare detailed credit card reconciliations Prepare and file multi-state and multi-entity sales and use tax returns Prepare and file multi-state and multi-entity personal property tax returns Prepare asset, liability, and capital account reconciliations by compiling and analyzing general ledger account information Assist with annual financial audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries. Manage full cycle fixed assets. Data entry, including processing customer sales orders and creating vendor purchase orders for subsidiaries Prepare inventory cost analysis to prepare and post custom product builds Provide information to the Accounting Manager by researching and analyzing accounting data Preparing reports and reconciling discrepancies Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting/finance Direct experience with accounts receivable Experience with financial reporting requirements Experience reconciling both balance sheet and income statement accounts Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel Sage 100 Experience preferred, but not required Willingness to remain flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company Digicomm International is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. What you can expect from us: This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based on personal and team performance. The salary range will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
