Registered Nurse Telemetry

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Trophy Club is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse for our Post‑Surgical Unit. This role provides critical post‑operative nursing care and supports our hospitals’ mission of delivering high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and implement all nursing care services for post‑surgical patients in accordance with accepted standards of care. Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care, maintaining compliance with professional nursing standards, The Joint Commission, and all federal and state regulations. Respond to patients presenting to the facility with a health care need and provide the Medical Screening Exam as delegated by the Medical Executive Committee. Qualifications Education : Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Licensure/Certification : Current Texas RN license; BLS and ACLS required. Required Experience : At least one year of RN experience in a hospital medical/surgery or ICU unit (preferred); telemetry experience required.
