We also have comprehensive leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities.Your role in our missionServes as a subject matter expert concerning security procedures and audit compliance.Responds to SOC 1, SOC 2 and NIST 800-53 external auditsSupports threat and vulnerability managementConducts regular Identity Access ReviewsEnsures that application security procedures meet business requirements and that information is safeguarded against unauthorized use, disclosure or modification, and damage or loss.Oversees the implementation of appropriate access controls to ensure that access to systems, data and programs is restricted to authorized and trained users. Oversees the destruction of highly sensitive confidential information in accordance with policies and procedures.Develops and implements detailed security procedures. Oversees security administrator team to ensure compliance with client security procedures. Ensures compliance with program security requirements including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.Coordinates sensitive aspects of corporate security programs to ensure compliance with client, government and company security policies and procedures including verifying adherence to specific policies and ensuring policy compliance with government regulations.Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.Develops, coordinates and conducts security education programs to educate appropriate personnel about security systems and their importance.Investigates or oversees the investigation of losses and security violations and recommends corrective actions. Implements approved course of action as appropriate. Provides summaries for senior management review.Researches technological advancements to ensure that security solutions are continuously improved, supported and aligned with industry and company standards.What we're looking forBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferredExperience in a HIPAA environment – Medicaid preferred.Experience working with corporate level security systems and implementation proceduresExperience working with corporate and government security regulationsExperience working with company security software productsExperience working with domain structures, user authentication, user profiles and digital signaturesOther QualificationsStrong presentation and business solutions software skillsStrong communication skills to interact with team members, customers, management and support personnelStrong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of security systemsLeadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnelStrong research skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quicklyWhat you should expect in this roleRemote-based opportunity within the United StatesOpportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientationThe deadline to submit applications for this posting is 10/30/2026The pay range for this position is $90,900.00 - $129,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
