We’reseeking a detail-orientedadministrativefocusedSales Coordinator to support our fast-paced sales team at our Plant City headquarters. This role is essential to keeping ordersaccurate, systems updated, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly.If you have experience inlogisticsor produce, this could be an amazing opportunity to join our dynamic team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Support the dailyadministrativeneeds of sales team Ensuretimelyentry and accuracy of orders from third party systems (includingiTrade, Food Link, SPS, EDI,Procurant, FIS, etc.), as well as emailed purchase orders Maintain and provide reporting in a format to present to key customers Keeporganized andaccurateupdated records of pricing Organize customer profiles with updated addresses and contact information Navigate through complex business processes with understanding of upstream and downstream implications Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage time to meet the needs of the business Build relationships and work cross-functionally within multiple departments within Wish Farms Engage in professional communication with customers and all levels of the organization Embrace and embody Wish Farms’ core values of Quality, Integrity, and Responsiveness QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with proven business & people skills Load building or freight experience a plus Experience withthird party systems (includingiTrade, Food Link, SPS, EDI,Procurant, FIS,etc) a plus Experience withNetsuite/Oracle ERP systems a plus Extremely well organized withhigh levelof attention to detail in high pressure situations Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow in the position Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet all deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Passion for the fresh produce industry a plus COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Wish Farms offers a competitive salary, paid holidays, PTO, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, FSA, HSA with company match, supplemental coverage options, and a 401(k) with a 4% company match.
