Sales Coordinator The Terraces at Bonita Springs, 26455 S Tamiami Trail, US-FL-Bonita Springs, Florida. Overview Acts is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales & Marketing team with various duties, including planning and executing marketing events, communicating with prospects, scheduling visits/appointments for sales consultants, entering accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM), completing timely reports, monitoring and ordering sales and marketing collateral, and assisting with outreach strategy and outreach visits. Responsibilities Assist the Sales & Marketing team with marketing events planning and execution. Communicate with prospects and schedule visits/appointments for sales consultants. Enter accurate contact and account information into Salesforce (CRM). Complete timely reports. Monitor and order sales and marketing collateral. Assist in creating outreach strategy and conducting outreach visits. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills.
