Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a Days position requiring an active Maine or compact RN license and at least 3 years of experience.

Job Details

• ICU setting including telemetry med/surg and telemetry cardiac patients,
• Days shift, 7a-7p,
• 13-week contract,
• Uses EPIC EMR,
• Holiday coverage required,
• Flexible hours required,

Job Requirements

• Active Maine or compact RN license required,
• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire,
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required,
• Bachelor's degree preferred,
• Telemetry experience preferred,
• MOAB or CPI certification preferred but not required,
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills required,

Additional Information

• Performs patient care functions under the supervision of the Unit Director and Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse,
• Works within a Catholic health ministry focused on compassionate, patient-centered care,
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract,
• Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid,
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within a 50-mile radius of the facility,
• First-time travelers may be considered for this role
