FLAG is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our client's accounting team in Pico Rivera, CA .
This is a project-based, onsite opportunity focused on account research, data analysis, reconciliations, and spreadsheet management.
Location: Pico Rivera, 90660 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Pay: $27.00/hour
Contract: 3 Months; possible extension
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Audit and maintain large Excel spreadsheets and financial records.
- Perform account reconciliations and data validation.
- Analyze accounting data and prepare reports.
- Support special accounting projects and data cleanup.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting, accounting support, or accounts receivable experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data management.
- Experience researching discrepancies and reconciling accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
