Sales Support Specialist

Pay: $22–$25 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses About Headboards World Headboards World is a custom furniture manufacturer and retailer specializing in custom beds, headboards, daybeds, banquettes, upholstered furniture, and home décor. We work with homeowners, interior designers, and trade professionals across the country to create high-quality, custom‑made pieces. We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to help manage customer communications, prepare quotes, assist showroom visitors, and process customer orders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping customers throughout the ordering process. Prepare and send custom furniture quotes Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and website chat Follow up with prospective customers regarding open quotes Provide updates on orders, lead times, and shipping schedules Assist walk‑in customers in our showroom Deliver a professional and welcoming customer experience Order Processing & Administration Create and manage custom orders in QuickBooks Process Shopify orders and coordinate fulfillment Verify order details, payments, and customer information Maintain organized customer records and order documentation Coordinate with production and shipping teams regarding customer orders Assist with sample requests, fabric inquiries, and order updates General Office Support Help maintain showroom presentation and organization Support daily administrative and customer service operations Assist with various projects as the company continues to grow Qualifications Required 1+ years of customer service, sales support, administrative, or office experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency with computers and common office software Preferred Shopify experience Experience in furniture, interior design, home furnishings, or custom products Experience working in a showroom, retail, or customer‑facing environment Monthly Performance Bonuses This position is eligible for monthly performance bonuses based on: Customer response times Quote turnaround and accuracy Order accuracy Attendance and reliability Team and company performance goals Additional Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for advancement within a growing company The ideal candidate Responds quickly and professionally to customers Maintains organized and accurate order records Helps convert inquiries into sales opportunities Provides exceptional customer service in person and online Supports a positive and productive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Headboards World
