The organization thrives on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Therapist role located in Anchorage, AK. The Therapist will conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, develop and implement treatment plans, and perform comprehensive assessments of clients. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate and confidential client records, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing crisis intervention when needed. The role also includes supporting clients in developing effective coping strategies and fostering improved mental health outcomes. Qualifications Strong counseling and therapy skills, including individual, family, and group therapy Proficiency in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and case management Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods and interventions Experience in providing crisis intervention and support services Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Therapist in the state of Alaska Commitment to confidentiality, empathy, cultural competence, and ongoing professional development Experience working with diverse populations is an asset CME, generous, PTO, retirement, medical insurance and malpractice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
