Pre-Roll Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-roll Machine Operator to join our processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing, and maintaining an automated pre-roll machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency.
- Communicate issues that may arise to the Pre-Roll Machine Operator 2 and/or Facility Manager.
- Grind, sift, and mix infused products.
- Quality control all pre-rolls that come off the machine.
- Package and label pre-rolls quickly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations.
- Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly, and breaking down cardboard.
- Help maintain and organize a clean workspace.
Requirements:
- Previous experience using machinery in a manufacturing setting or mechanically inclined.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Ability to meet quotas set by facility manager.
- Ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in a compliance-regulated field preferred.
- Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance.
Additional Skills/Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period.
