Laborer Telecom Underground

At Lambert's Cable, as a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. What You’ll Do Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment Install underground telecommunications cabling Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas Clearly communicate with all team members Complete daily production reports Help with site restoration efforts Perform work in all weather conditions Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience Previous experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred Must possess a valid driver's license CDL Class A license is required Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening Must be able to successfully pass a background checkmentMust possess or be able to obtain a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) Physical abilities & exposures Work at heights, including occasional use of ladders Enter attics and crawl spaces Work independently in remote locations Operate vehicles and heavy machinery Perform repetitive squeezing and fine hand movements Bend, stoop, stand, walk, and climb stairs Lift and carry up to 55 pounds without assistance Occasionally Use a ladder Use a keyboard and mouse Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
