Veterinary Practice Manager

Our privately owned, one-doctor veterinary practice is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and hands-on Practice Manager to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys leadership, teamwork, client relationships, and helping create a positive experience for both pets and people every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff through scheduling, training, coaching, and monthly team meetings
• Help provide exceptional client service and resolve concerns professionally
• Oversee payroll, HR responsibilities, employee records, and compliance
• Track and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual practice data and reports
• Jump in to assist as a veterinary assistant or receptionist when needed
• Help manage phones, emails, faxes, and front office workflow
• Maintain relationships with vendors and oversee facility/building needs
• Coordinate marketing, social media, and community outreach efforts

Qualifications

• Previous management experience required; veterinary experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Experience with payroll, HR, and daily operations management
• Positive attitude and willingness to support all areas of the practice
