Inpatient Physical Therapist

Inpatient Physical Therapist providing care in Sacramento, California, for a 2-week assignment. Earn up to $63 per hour plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Opportunity to impact patient recovery in acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, to improve mobility and function
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, documenting outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize recovery outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current Physical Therapy license from the State of California
• Current CPR certification
• Valid California Driver's License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health, or inpatient settings
• Eligible to be insured under the Medical Center's Liability Policy with DMV Report and minimum age 21
• Proof of current auto insurance coverage (no business exclusion)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
