Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC certification required
• Experience providing therapy in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in assessment, IEP development, and therapy planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort with digital tools for therapy, documentation, and meetings (for virtual roles)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support student achievement through direct and consultative services
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
