Expectations for Ideal Candidate
- Expertise - Must be knowledgeable of services and products offered. Take opportunities to learn every day to make department more efficient. Recognize that you may not always have the answer, but will strive to learn the answer.

Requirements
- Min. of 3 years of Dealership Service Manager Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; OR three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Reynolds Experience preferred
- Microsoft Experience a plus
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
