What You'll Do As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades to help bring exceptional homes to life. Your responsibilities include: Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Help identify and resolve field challenges Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners Deliver quality workmanship while helping projects stay on schedule What We're Looking For At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience Experience with rough and finish carpentry Ability to read construction drawings and plans Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently when needed Professional attitude and strong communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What Success Looks Like You'll be successful in this role by: Producing high-quality craftsmanship on every project Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites Working well with teammates, subcontractors, and project leaders Solving problems with a positive, proactive attitude Continuing to develop your skills while contributing to successful project outcomes Why Join Pinemar?
