They build trust quickly, understand the reality behind what a small business owner says, and use clear, persuasive communication to help them make practical progress, hold them accountable to their Silver Lining Action Plan and ensure they hit their sales goals.

silv=r™ Experts proactively support, challenge, influence, and hold Silvers accountable while remaining empathetic, professional, and focused on the next achievable action. 

Resposnibilities:

* Build meaningful relationships with Silvers through proactive, persuasive support, and context-led communication.
* Listen deeply to identify the real barriers behind missed commitments, lack of momentum, or stated problems.
* Ask thoughtful questions before offering advice; understand the business, goals, history, current reality, and emotional context.
* Help Silvers prioritise, simplify, and take practical action without overwhelming them.
* Create momentum by agreeing clear next steps, gaining commitment, and following up consistently.
* Balance empathy with accountability: acknowledge challenges without rescuing or enabling avoidance.
* Use negotiation and influencing skills to encourage action without becoming forceful.
* Support onboarding, implementation and execution of the Silver Lining Action Plan.
* Adapt communication style and support approach to the needs of each Silver in every call.
* Update CINs, tickets and deals so any Silver Expert can confidently support a Silver when needed.
* Work as part of one interchangeable team, putting continuity of support ahead of personal relationship ownership.
* Escalate risks, disengagement, or support needs appropriately and contribute to team problem-solving.
* Continuously improve through feedback, reflection, and learning.
