Position Summary We are seeking a creative and hardworking professional to serve as our Campus Executive Director for our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). In this key leadership role, you will manage day‑to‑day operations across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, ensuring strong financial performance, excellent resident care, and a healthy organizational culture. The ideal candidate is driven, passionate, and experienced in leading effective teams—someone who can balance operational excellence with an unwavering commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across all levels of care (IL, AL, MC, SNF). Manage community budgeting, sales goals, and staffing levels. Models a strong belief in mission, vision, and purpose. Communicates a clear, customer focused vision, based upon a resident centered model of care. Maintain excellent customer service and handle all resident and family concerns. Team & Culture Development Train, mentor, and develop new employees to ensure effective community operations. Assist with hiring and recruitment efforts across departments. Foster an ethical, honest, and supportive work environment. Quality Assurance &Regulatory Compliance Serve as the community's compliance officer, ensuring Corporate compliance. Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements. Plays an active role on the Governing Body of the community's skilled nursing facility. Ensures all resident administrative files are well maintained, current and in compliance with state regulations. Ensures the community has an effective external business development strategy in place to maximize leads and move‑ins. Manage the Sales Directorsand collaborate on occupancy strategies. Prepares and adheres to the community budget. Reviews monthly financial statements, identify areas of improvement and implements action plans accordingly. Strong budgeting, staffing, and operational management experience. Proficiency in Windows applications, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. A genuine passion for helping seniors live fulfilling, comfortable lives. Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to ethical leadership.
