Apartment Service Technician - The Ridge Estates of Hammond$500 SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENTBonus is only available to experienced applicants, and you must be employed on payday to receive. The Ridge Estates of Hammond, a beautiful apartment community managed by RichSmith Management, is seeking an experienced and motivated Apartment Service Technician to join our maintenance team. If you have a strong background in apartment maintenance and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!This position plays a critical role in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of our community and ensuring a high-quality living environment for our residents.This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position.
