Assistant Executive Director (Full-Time) | Leadership Opportunity

Azura of Oak Creek is seeking a dynamic Assistant Executive Director to help lead daily operations and support exceptional long term care. This role partners closely with the Regional Director Director to drive quality team engagement and resident satisfaction while creating a positive experience for residents families and staff.

Support daily operations and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Healthcare leadership experience long term care preferred
Bachelors degree required Masters preferred
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
