Senior Accountant - Global Consolidations & Intercompany

Essential Responsibilities & Duties These functions will involve all U.S. entities as relative and necessary. Prepare month end journal entries and other accounting duties to ensure an accurate and valid close. Reconcile Bank Accounts monthly or as necessary. Prepare and submit reporting packages internally and externally as required (local, Parent reporting, Bank Reporting, etc). Manage / coordinate "Flying Cash" functionality including management and reconciliation of the Bank Transitory accounts. Analyze ledger-based activity to identify necessary adjusting entries to ensure appropriate intercompany balances. Manage and Coordinate the Duty Drawback program with internal and external partners. Assist with special projects upon request. Perform other duties assigned by management. Assist in other general accounting duties and internal / external audits as needed. Assist other co-workers and help as needed in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Also assist with the training of new employee. #J-18808-Ljbffr Patterns-India®
