Remote Pharmacy Technician — CPhT, High‑Volume Calls

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, now hiring for a contract remote role in Charlotte, NC. You will support Medicare Advantage plans by making high-volume outbound calls to close gaps in care for diabetic members. The ideal candidate has CPhT certification and call center experience, with 2–5 years in pharmacy roles. Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, Vietnamese) are highly valued.
