Behavioral Assistant

Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is seeking Behavioral Assistants to provide services on a per‑diem basis, working with at‑risk youth and families across the state of New Jersey. The role does not require a caseload; service hours typically range from 2‑4 hours per week, conducted in the client’s home or community settings. Purpose of In‑Home Services Stabilize the child’s behavior that led to the crisis referral Prevent or reduce the need for inpatient hospitalization Prevent relocation of the child’s residence Responsibilities The Behavioral Assistant implements behavioral intervention strategies as outlined in an individualized service plan developed by a licensed clinician. Tasks include working one‑on‑one with youth and families to apply these strategies in real‑world settings. Requirements Minimum of a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a social services related field At least one year of experience working with at‑risk youth one‑on‑one with behavioral intervention strategies Valid New Jersey driver’s license with privileges in good standing Position type: Full‑time/Part‑time, per‑diem.
