Truck Driver / Shipping Employee

$17.53 per hour

COMPUTER COMPONENTS CORPORATION

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver/shipping Employee to join our team. The ideal candidae will possess a valid CDL license, maintain a clean driving record, and have proven experience operation a 26ft (minimum) commercial truck. Candidates must also be able to pass a DMV health check.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent communication when interacting with customers during pickups and deliveries
Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor while respresenting the company
Complete electronic driving logs and operate mobile devices as required
Plan efficient routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Load and unload truck safely while protecting materials from damage
Pack materials and prepare shipments according to compnay standards
Operate shipping equipment including straps, banders, and hand pallet jacks
Monitor and report truck maintenance needs to ensure safe operation
Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, instructions, and shipping paperwork

Qualifications

Valid CDL driver's license
Clean driving record
Minimum experience driving a 26 ft commercial truck
Ability to pass DMV health check
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $18 - $25 Hourly
