Legal Cashier

Totum Partners is working with a leading global law firm on an excellent Legal Cashier opportunity, fully remote working. Key responsibilities Manage client account transactions in line with SRA Accounts Rules Post CHAPS, SWIFT, and Faster payments across RBS, BOS, HSBC, and Barclays Run reports, monitor residual balances, and cover bank reconcensions Liaise with fee-earning teams and respond to mailbox queries Experience that helps you succeed Cashiering experience in the legal sector Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules Confident dealing with Partners Accurate, methodical, and able to prioritise tasks Familiar with MS Office and 3E accounts system Experience with RBS, HSBC, or Barclays banking platforms As a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
