Coordinate processes and manage projects across cross-functional teams for a lead client Lead best-practice stewardship, process standardization, fiduciary accountability, and orchestration across end-to-end financial and media workflows Aggregate budget data and oversee quality assurance, governance, reporting, and communication of campaign investment plans across all media Consult on implementation governance and best practices and ensure training compliance across platforms Confirm operational best practices with Project Management and embed finance expertise into workflow definitions and project timelines Lead integration between Planning, Integrated Investment, Marketing Science, Finance, and Project Management teams, including onshore and offshore resources Liaise with offshore teams for work deployment and collaborate with investment, activation, and operations teams Ensure consistency in client-facing deliverables, including strategic recommendations, tactical plans, and budget deliverables Ensure timely invoicing for fees and media with Budget Project Management, Planning Analysts, and Account Leadership Support, audit, and enforce process rollouts; troubleshoot issues and serve as an escalation point Own and maintain planning and tracking tools for campaign data, Proof of Performance, monthly budget tracking, and bi-weekly financial status Manage MediaOcean, MediaTools/Planit, and in-house budget tracking infrastructure Manage media campaign actualization and billing timelines and escale potential delays Orchestrate uncleared campaigns to ensure timely clearing compliance and partner payment Build working relationships with internal teams and clients to facilitate execution Advise on industry best practices and resolve issues Participate in monthly finance meetings to review client finance issues Assist with financial guidelines, roadmaps, vendor relationships, discrepancy resolution, and reporting deadlines Requirements 3+ years Media/Finance experience at a large media agency College Degree in Finance or Marketing required or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Digital, Broadcast and Print media preferred Familiarity with Media Ocean, DDS, Prisma, and various planning systems is preferred (MediaTools, Lumina, Planit) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with scaled Excel spreadsheets is mandatory Strong attention to detail focusing on accuracy of numbers and ability to cross-check formulas & related numbers across related reports Ability to problem solve to develop solutions; troubleshooting experience required Strong project management skills, meeting deadlines with reliance on cross-discipline, cross-team collaboration Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing cross-functional projects and financial workflows, ensuring compliance with best practices and delivering accurate budget tracking and reporting.
