This role offers exposure to complex mechanical and electrical systems within one of the most dynamic sectors in construction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage M&E cost plans, budgets, and subcontractor packages.Prepare valuations, variations, and financial reports.Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure commercial control.Support tendering, procurement, and change management processes.Requirements5+ years’ experience as an M&E QS or Building Services QS.Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, or commercial projects.Strong contract knowledge (NEC / FIDIC / RIAI).Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering.What’s on Offer80K–100K + package + bonus.Stable, long-term position with structured career development.Excellent exposure to Europe’s most advanced technical builds.
