Job TitleGuest ServiceGuest ProductionJob DescriptionGreet the guestClean as you goFollow safety/security guidelines and cross contamination guidelinesMonitor and correct the cleanliness of the outside (sweep parking lot, pick up trash, wipe down signs/menu boards and clean windows)Monitor and correct the cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms (clean tables, clean floors, empty trash cans and clean/restock restrooms)Monitor guest satisfaction in the lobbyMonitor condiment stand, beverage ice levels and restock as neededMonitor stock levels of paper supplies and restock as neededMonitor and correct cleanliness of the back of house (wipe down tables/walls, sweep floors, wash dishes and mop floors)Stock and maintain sandwich stationPrepare and package sandwiches and side itemsPrepare and stock side itemsMonitor product levels and holding times on the production counterTurn and pull product past holding timeAssist with putting away food order/follow fifoAssist with time temperature logs/haccpBake and dress biscuitsCommunicate any problems to the manager, safety and securityTake the order and suggestive sellsRecord transaction in the registerFills drinks or present cupsInvite the guest to returnPackage, verify and present orderInvite the guest to returnAssist with dropping productSeason chickenBatter chicken and other fried itemsFilter frying machine per shiftChange shortening when appropriatePre pan appropriate items/defrost itemsStock freezer to fryer itemsMake batterAssist in packaging, verifying, presenting ordersCrewmembers are responsible for exhibiting a friendly and enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members, and maintaining the company's operational quality and cleanliness standards.
