Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students near Seattle, WA for the 2026-2027 school year! We’re seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite and make a significant difference in the lives of students within a dynamic school setting. This is a full-time contract position, running from August 26, 2026 through June 16, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. Key Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Washington SLP licensure/certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment Willingness to undergo fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to provide therapy and support to a caseload of up to 45 students Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct speech-language therapy to students Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student growth and inclusion Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines Participate in meetings, team planning sessions, and parent conferences Provide consultative services and resources to school teams as needed Stay current with best practices in the field through ongoing professional development You’ll be working in an inviting educational environment, where your expertise supports student achievement and communication success.
