School Speech Language Pathologist - Seattle, WA

Desired Skills and Experience: Hold current WA SLP licensure and appropriate certification (CCC required) Fully fingerprinted through OSPI by the start date Previous experience serving school-aged populations, preferably K-12 Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and IEP documentation Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 45 students Primary Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy directly to students onsite Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress and update goals as necessary Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements This opportunity offers a structured 37.5-hour workweek within a supportive, collaborative environment where you can truly see your impact across a diverse student population.
