This is an entry-level sales position designed for someone who wants to build a long-term professional career. You don't need insurance experiencewe'll teach you that.

Your primary responsibility is creating opportunities for our licensed sales team by making outbound calls, starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.

No! You dont need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that youll need to be successful!

Do I need my insurance licenses to apply?

No! This position does not require any insurance licenses. If you decide to pursue licenses as a way to grow your career, we will help you with the study materials and exams required to earn the relevant insurance licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Build rapport and begin meaningful conversations
• Generate quote opportunities for our licensed producers
• Schedule appointments
• Keep accurate notes in our CRM
• Follow agency processes and daily activity goals
• Participate in daily coaching and role-play sessions
• Learn our products and sales process
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements

Requirements We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and professional

• Able to work in our Columbia, TN office Monday through Friday

Preferred (but not required):

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Call center experience
• Retail or hospitality experience
• No insurance license is required to start. If you're successful in this role, we'll help you pursue licensing and provide opportunities to grow into a Licensed Sales Consultant position.
