Identifies opportunities for account growth and innovationProactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvementBuilds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience Develops and maintains strong relationships with client’s leadership teamDutiesProvides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work areaTranslates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operationsAccomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team membersResponsible for managing larger groups of team members, which may also include lower-level leadersResponsible for large accounts with high level of complexityLeads the defining and adherence to delivery management processes and policiesResponsible for delivering in a highly-matrixed global delivery modelMentors and trains less experienced delivery management team membersOperationsAccountable for end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA services for a specific clientEnsure adherence to contractual commitmentsMonitor delivery quality and client satisfaction through direct interactions with key stakeholderDevelop and maintain Crisis Management/Disaster PlansImplement project mitigation plans for yellow or red deliverableConduct Customer Governance meetingsManage Outage/Escalation/Missed SLA incidentsImplement and execute automation and efficiency programsDrive client improvement plans to enhance satisfactionUtilize automation for repetitive tasks to boost performance and service qualityPossess a deep understanding of the delivery life cycle.FinancialsEnsure accurate and timely revenue/cost/margin forecasts for assigned accountsManage costs in alignment with annual operating plans and point of saleDevelop action plans to close forecast gapsManage account ramp-up/ramp-down resources efficientlySales & RelationshipCollaborate with Client Executives to develop customer relationships and manage risksExcel in customer relationship management at CXO levels, presenting operations and strategic reviews to senior stakeholderAct as a strategic delivery advisor to the executive leadership teamManage Sales Enablement, ensuring integration with delivery teamsLeverage broader NTT DATA capabilities and resources strategicallyInterface with customer architecture teams and senior leadership on emerging technologiesGovernanceServe as the main contact for client operations leadershipMaintain effective communication with all stakeholders and cross-functional teamsStay informed about global industry trends and their impact on IT servicesOrganizationApply best practices in organizational change managementSolve large, enterprise problems through matrixed organizationsGuide delivery leaders to align service offerings properlyMonitor and evaluate the performance of direct reports, providing feedback through coaching and the NTT DATA performance management processCoach and mentor a large team of delivery leaders responsible for daily client operationsBasic Qualifications10+ years' experience with direct client relationships in the field of ITAdvanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or CybersecurityAdditional Skills2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Vertical5+ years of experience in transitioning application and infrastructure services5+ years of experience managing a highly leveraged service environmentExperience with Managed Private Cloud, Infrastructure Services, and Datacenter Migration ServicesSAP Basis and Application support experienceExperience in end-user services and security servicesDigital Transformation experience leveraging AI to refine knowledge insightsStrong knowledge of and experience with ITIL Service Framework v4Experience in IT support and production escalations, including incident response and change lifecyclesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travel to client sites as needed; current Visa and passport preferredAbility to work across multiple time zonesAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
