This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on financial performance, operational efficiency, and the continued growth of an organization investing significantly in its people and operations.\nCompensation: $145,000–$170,000 base salary + 25% bonus + 20% LTIWhy This Opportunity Stands Out\n\n Join a publicly traded organization experiencing significant growth and investment\n Step into a high-visibility leadership role with regular exposure to plant and executive leadership\n Play a key role in improving operational performance, cost structure, and financial results\n Join a growth-focused environment actively expanding its workforce and operations\n Receive a comprehensive benefits package, including low health insurance premiums and a 5% 401(k) match\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Lead financial operations across two manufacturing facilities\n Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory management\n Partner closely with operations leadership to drive improvements in cost structure, productivity, and labor efficiency\n Manage revenue recognition, standard costing, inventory controls, and related financial processes\n Lead production budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities\n Ensure SOX compliance and maintain effective internal controls\n Analyze operational and financial performance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement\n Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team\n Provide financial insight and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making\nQualifications\n\n Manufacturing finance leadership experience, ideally as a Plant Controller or in a comparable role\n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\n Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance\n Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is preferred\n Strong business-partnering skills with the ability to work effectively across finance and operations\n CPA and/or MBA preferred\n\nThis role is well suited for a manufacturing finance leader who enjoys being close to the business, partnering with operations, developing teams, and driving measurable improvements in financial and operational performance.\n #INAUG2026\n #LI-AE3\n #LI-Onsite
