Logistics Operator

Job Overview Position: Forklift Operator – Manufacturing Facility. Responsibilities Move product to and from trucks, racks, and assigned locations. Perform required cleaning and sanitation duties to meet GMP standards. Operate portable computer terminal and laser scanning device to accurately record product movements by item number, lot code, location, and truck number. Execute inventory transactions in warehouse management systems and SAP. Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory activities. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory locations, warehouse organization, and monitor stock levels; communicate shortages or overages. Support month‑end inventory reconciliation activities and continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. Perform pre‑operation forklift inspection and demonstrate safety compliance. Support The Coca‑Cola Company’s safety initiatives and policies. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid forklift operator license or certification prior to driving a lift truck. Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding). Ability to work 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts or other schedules, including overtime as required. Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. and 10 feet or more. Certification on the training plan within 60 working days of start date. Benefits Full benefits package starting on day one of employment. Compensation Base pay: $56,700 – $76,700 per annum, variable by location and experience. Location United States – Atlanta, GA. Travel 0% – 25%.
