Tier 2 Support Analyst

Kforce's client, a well-established professional services organization is seeking a Tier 2 Support Analyst in Saint Louis, MO to provide advanced onsite technical support for end users in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as an escalation point for technical issues, delivers hands-on troubleshooting, supports technology deployments, and helps ensure the reliable operation of employee devices and collaboration tools. Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, networking, printing, account access, and mobile device issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, application, and connectivity problems
• Support device deployments, upgrades, equipment replacements, and office relocations
• Assist with workstation imaging, configuration, patching, and peripheral setup
• Support conference room technology, video meetings, collaboration platforms, and audiovisual equipment
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and productivity applications
• Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, and application support teams on escalated issues
• Track incidents through an IT service management platform and maintain accurate documentation
• 5+ years of hands-on deskside, field support, or end-user support experience
• Experience supporting conferencing and collaboration technologies
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies
• Understanding of networking concepts including VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS, and IP addressing
• Familiarity with IT service management practices such as incident, problem, and change management
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
