Type of position:

• Part-time (available between 12 and 32 hours)

Responsibilities of back of the house team members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain Chick-fil-A food quality and safety standards in all kitchen processes
• Know tasks for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and prep tables
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Follow the vision and direction of restaurant leadership
• Other assigned duties
