Dental Front Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities Verify insurance coverage Work with insurance carriers to resolve coverage and financial issues Present treatment plans Confirm and schedule patient appointments Manage the office schedule and track unscheduled treatment Assist in scheduling future visits Communicate efficiently and professionally with patients and team members Preferred Qualifications Prior dental experience strongly preferred, but will train the right person regardless of experience. Understanding of dental terminology and CDT codes Experience with Dentrix software Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines Excellent communication and people skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule Strong attention to detail Dependable, organized, self-motivated and reliable High school diploma (or equivalent) required Schedule Part‑time position: Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM If you’re ready to join a supportive team that values growth, teamwork, and patient care — we’d love to hear from you!
