Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit customer sites regularly to understand operations, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to increase retention and increase sales.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn product specifications and customer applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission opportunities, bonus opportunities, car allowance or mileage reimbursement, and benefits package. Final compensation structure will be based on candidate experience, and results.

We are seeking a driven Outside Industrial Sales Representative to grow revenue by building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and delivering solution-based sales support. This field-based role is ideal for someone who is comfortable spending significant time meeting customers face-to-face, and selling industrial products and/or services to business customers in construction, distribution, utilities, or related sectors.
