Responsibilities Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation Collect all required documentation for the loan package Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department Submit files to assigned Underwriter Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies Requirements 10 + years processing residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional/Purchase, Refinance) Utilize in house technical systems and programs such as Encompass Thorough working knowledge of underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
